Direct-booking documentation
Direct guests receive a written booking confirmation. An invoice and payment acknowledgement can also be provided so guests have a clear record of the reservation and payments.
Direct bookings are not bookings through Airbnb, Vrbo or another platform and therefore do not include any platform-specific protection, guarantee or dispute process.
Travel insurance
Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain suitable travel insurance covering cancellation, illness, travel disruption and other relevant risks. Insurance policy terms vary, so guests should confirm that their chosen policy covers their circumstances and a direct accommodation booking.
Cookies and analytics
This website works without analytics cookies. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you select “Allow analytics”. If you select “Reject”, the Analytics tag is not loaded and no Google Analytics cookies are set.
Purpose.
